Get fit in your lunch break!

If you’re looking to fit in some exercise in your lunch break, Lifehacker has put together a great exercise plan that takes just 20 minutes a day.

The exercises can be adapted to suit almost any location, so you don’t need to pay for a gym membership. You might just need some courage to exercise  in a public place at lunch time.

What I love about this exercise plan is that it gives you plenty of detail so you know exactly what you need to do to maximise your 20 minute session. 20 minutes is manageable in a lunch break, too. You need time to change (twice) and eat your lunch as well.
