Canon is releasing a wireless mouse that’s also a calculator.

Sounds interesting, doesn’t it?

Smarter reader Jarod discovered thisnew computer peripheral from Canon last week, and it’s due to be released next month. Smarter Admins has been unsuccessful in finding out from Canon’s Australian PR company to find out if it will be released in Australia soon.

The Canon X Mark I Mouse uses bluetooth to connect to your Windows or Mac computer. I would be very interested to see how the mouse handles and how often it accidentally starts calculating primary school maths when you’re actually trying to use it as a mouse.

Would you use a product like this? Do you use a calculator anymore or do you use the calculator function on your computer? Share in the comments section below, on Twitter or on Facebook!
